A New World of Training

Training is no longer limited to reading a handbook or watching a video. You can immerse your employees with hands on training without the risk with Augmented and Virtual Reality.

Research indicates that the use of immersive reality for training can increase employee retention by up to 85 percent. Immersive learning experiences, like those molded in virtual and augmented reality, captivate learners while providing a no-risk way for them to practice the skills and behaviors they need to do their jobs successfully. We’ll create custom experiences that are grounded in strategy and driven by your goals.

Augmented Reality

AR overlays information onto the world as it is. With AR, you can spotlight a single skill, object, or topic, drawing learner’s attention to exactly what they need to learn. A mesmerizing kind of microlearning. AR is a means to addressing specific skills gaps and increasing retention while delivering experiences your learners will love.

Virtual Reality

VR simulates any world you can imagine, enabling your learners to encounter true-to-life scenarios without facing real-world risk.

Develop a shared experience for your remote team, let learners interact with virtual scenarios and hazards, and provide a safe space to practice technical and hands-on work.

Learners can scan real-world 2D images and overlay 2D video, text, and images or 3D objects on it. Roundtable builds AR Image Targeting to aid workers on the job, add flavor to onboarding training, or enhance current ILT/eLearning courses.

Your learners can place a 3D model of any object onto a tabletop or floor surface. They may then rotate the object, break the object apart to view internal components, and get detailed information — or even find step-by-step instructions — on how to repair or install the object.

Users can place a 3D model of any object onto a tabletop or floor surface. They can interact with the object and interact with actors (or objects) simultaneously with branched learning.

3DoF, or three degrees of freedom, is well-suited for seated or stationary environments, as the position of your learners’ viewpoint is fixed. Learners can interact with the environment via gaze control or a laser pointer controller. 3DoF VR experiences are appropriate for many learning needs including soft skills, branched learning, and clinical and operational training.

What Our Clients Are Saying

Our company has been integrating mobile tablet technology into our Learning and Development programs since 2016.  Through mixed reality, gamification and audio/visual technology, the engagement, retention and recall of our teams have improved dramatically.  The next step in our tech evolution process was to take the tablet out of the classroom and into the field for increased hands on training and giving our teams a more realistic job preview process.  The solution was our partnership with Roundtable Learning.  Notwithstanding the incredible technology, the relationship that was built prior to drafting out our final product launch is why our training programs continue to improve.

Jayson Maxwell, Corporate Director of Learning & Development

Since our implementation of the learning videos, we have reduced the time-to-floor with our associates. The training has created a more nimble workforce allowing flexibility in specific job-skilled areas.

Stacey Edwards, Superior Beverage

[The project] has been very well received.  Everyone loved the look and feel of the project and appreciated the interactivity. Most importantly, our secondary knowledge assessment has had stellar results.  It will replace a two-hour instructor-led presentation, and has proven to provide better knowledge retention. I just want to say thank you again for all of your work and investment into our [project]. I hope we can work again on other projects.

Product Specialist and Project Lead, Varian

[The eLearning is] entertaining, educational, and precise, neither too much nor too little. I am confident at building rich baskets of product from all sides of the store. In fact, one of our product lines sold out within 48 hours of launching the curriculum! I asked the right questions, and followed through with an average of nine product purchases.

Retail Store Manager, Sally Beauty

Congratulations on a home run, the response from the business was awesome!
