Roundtable Learning Receives Silver CLO Learning in Practice Award

Chagrin Falls, Ohio (Oct. 22, 2021) — Roundtable Learning announced they have won Silver in Chief Learning Officer’s Learning in Practice Awards for Excellence in Blended Learning. Developed in collaboration with Lincoln Financial Group, the winning program is for leaders within the organization and combines virtual instructor-led training and 360-degree virtual reality for a scalable, remote learning experience.
“We are thrilled to have worked on this CLO award-winning project with Lincoln Financial Group,” said Rose Robertson, Roundtable Learning’s Director of Learning Solutions. “Our teams truly collaborated on this project that, due to the pandemic, pivoted to something very different than originally planned. I am proud of the outcome and the impact it will have on the leaders at Lincoln Financial Group.”
Roundtable Learning partnered with Lincoln Financial Group to design a robust leadership training program that set enterprisewide behavioral expectations for organizational leaders. Created within a collaborative learning environment, this program reinforced the company’s diversity and inclusion initiatives while building the confidence of organizational leaders. As a result, Lincoln Financial Group increased employee confidence in their leaders and improved collaboration within teams.

The Learning in Practice Awards are given annually to learning leaders and providers who demonstrate excellence in the design and delivery of employee development programs. The award recognizes “vendors that have deployed a variety of tools in support of a client’s learning program that delivers engaging learning combining multiple modalities.”
