Roundtable Wins Bronze Brandon Hall Group Technology Award

Roundtable Learning, a leader in technology-focused learning solutions, has won a coveted Brandon Hall Group bronze award for excellence in the Best Advance in Augmented and Virtual Reality category. Roundtable Learning partnered with Six Flags to apply for the award.

In collaboration with Six Flags, Roundtable Learning developed an Augmented Reality program that would allow new Six Flags employees to interact with virtual customers and test their cash handling acumen under simulated stress. The immersive training helped new employees understand the types of scenarios they could experience while on-the-job.  Using the Roundtable program, Six Flags has seen a decrease in training costs, improved retention and recall strategies, and reduced labor in re-training and auditing.

The award entries were evaluated by a panel of veteran, independent senior industry experts, Brandon Hall Group senior analysts and executives based upon the following criteria: 

• Product: What was the product’s breakthrough innovation? 
• Unique differentiators: What makes the product unique and how does it differ from any competing products? 
• Value proposition: What problem does the product solve and/or what need does this product address? 
• Measurable results: What are the benefits customers can expect to experience as a result of using this product?
