We’ve been in learning and development for more than 20 years. In the beginning, we were devoted to creating custom learning management systems (LMS) for businesses and associations. As we grew, we listened to our clients and detected a common theme: Though they loved the LMS, our clients struggled to create or find content worth putting in it. They either lacked the internal skills, budget, bandwidth, or some combination of the three. That absence of quality learning content had more important consequences than a lonely LMS; it meant that our clients weren’t able to adequately train their workforces. We decided to do something about it.
We shifted our focus toward developing instructionally sound learning solutions that — no matter the form they take — have a profound effect on worker performance. Today, our team of instructional and graphic designers, writers, multimedia specialists, and voice talents works together to create impactful learning experiences for our clients. Not only do we help businesses augment their internal L&D teams, but we also help them innovate and move their learning initiatives forward.

As your trusted learning partner, we’ll work with your SMEs step-by-step through our thorough development process, beginning with a period of discovery to understand exactly what information you need to share with learners, in addition to the intricacies of their jobs. We’ll consider the optimal format to deliver the learning, as well as the number of learners, past learning successes and challenges, and your overall learning vision.
From there, our instructional designers and writers conceptualize and create the script, while our graphic designers get to work on a mock-up. Once you sign off on the script, approve the overall design direction, and select from our voice talents to bring the experience to life, we start to build. Then we’ll collect your feedback, and build some more, ensuring that we don’t overlook a single detail.
