PIT Trainer XR is a virtual reality training system. You do not need a real Power Industrial Truck (PIT) to train. The rig is designed to simulate the controls of common standing vertical and horizontal tiller PIT forklifts, including:

Once you place your order, PIT Trainer XR ships within 10 business days. You’ll receive:
- Detailed setup instructions (written and video demonstration) to get started quickly.
- Optional onboarding support: You can buy an in-person session with an Account Executive. They will spend a day at your facility. They will help your team with setup, best practices, and how to get the most from your training program.
No limits here! PIT Trainer XR is designed to scale with your workforce. With unlimited learner profiles in Mercury XRS, you can train as many employees as you want. No extra fees apply for each user.
You’ll need high-speed internet to access Mercury XRS and collect training data and analytics. However, users can run the training modules offline, making it easy to use in areas with limited connection. Data syncs automatically once the device is back online.
While PIT Trainer XR is not an OSHA-certified course, it helps learners prepare for OSHA forklift certification. It teaches the basics of how to operate a forklift, including training courses in:
